The Hearingin kolmas albumi Demianilla sekoittelee luontevasti elementtejä modernista pohjoismaisesta popista, teknosta ja klubimaailmasta ja antaa valtavien särösyntetisaattoriaaltojen törmäillä moniäänisiin kuoroharmonioihin mielensä mukaan.
Keikka järjestetään osana kevään Soundi-klubien sarjaa. Soundi-lehden kanssa yhdessä toteutettu klubikonsepti tarjoaa myös artistin haastattelun ennen keikan alkua. Illan avaa ”melankoliaa hopearaunalla” tarjoava indiepop-tulokas Peura, joka julkaisi lokakuussa 2019 lähes 7 vuotta työstetyn debyyttinsä Failure.
Mikäli tapahtuma ei ole loppuunmyyty, keikalle myydään opiskelijalippuja ovelta hintaan 15 € / kpl. Ovilipunmyynti aloitetaan keikkapäivänä klo 20. Keikka on ikärajaton.

The Hearing is the solo alias of Helsinki-based musician Ringa Manner also known from the band Ruusut. The Hearing’s third album 'Demian' takes a turn for a more polished sound. Taking elements from modern scandinavian pop, techno and the Helsinki club scene, while letting distorted tidalwaves of howling synthesizers and choir harmonies battle it out amongst themselves, she creates a musical combination that is not easily labeled as any one genre.
This Soundi-klubi concert is co-produced with Soundi magazine and offers an interview with the artist before the show begins. The evening is opened by the indie-pop newcomer Peura, who released her debut “Failure” in October 2019.
If the event is not sold out, there will be student tickets available at the door for 15 € each (student tickets not sold online). Door ticket sales will begin at 8 pm on the day of the show. The concert has no age limit.
