Paavoharjun esoteeriset ja unenomaiset äänimaailmat, kristillinen mystiikka ja sadut ovat kypsyneet Savonlinnasta ponnistavan bändin musiikissa jo 2000-luvun alkupuolelta. Veljesten Lauri ja Olli Ainalan johtama Paavoharju on julkaissut neljä albumia, joiden vauhdissa se on vuosien mittaan yltänyt vaihtoehtoskenen kulttimaineeseen.

Esoteric and dreamlike soundscapes, religious mysticism and fairytales are the imagery behind Paavoharju. Founded in the beginning of 2000s in Savonlinna, Eastern Finland, by brothers Lauri and Olli Ainala, Paavoharju have reached somewhat of a cult status in the alternative scene. The unique sound of Paavoharju is captured on four albums, all released between 2005 to 2014, and on the recent Svart Records Compilation LP "The Complete Fonal Years".
